DONOR SPECIALIST
at Inove Health System in Alexandria, Virginia
Screen donors to assess donor suitability for blood donation. Demonstrate safe phlebotomy procedure for donors and patients blood collection. Balance productivity, customer service, and compliance to ensure the integrity of the collection process and donor experience.
Requirements:
Phlebotomy and CPR certification preferred. Strong verbal communications skills, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, strong customer service skills, good command of the English language, strong knowledge of the Washington Metropolitan area, and good manual dexterity required. Flexibility required adapting to long, irregular hours with frequent schedule changes.
